Job Description

To provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 3–6 years, and to develop their cognitive, emotional, social, and motor skills as per the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and CBSE Early Childhood Education guidelines. Qualifications Education : Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / ECCE / B.Ed. in Pre-Primary preferred Experience : Minimum 1–3 years in a reputed CBSE or preschool setup Language : Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi/local language is a plus Skills Required Strong communication and storytelling skills Patience, empathy, and child-centeric mindset Creative and energetic teaching approach Team collaboration and classroom leadership Basic tech skills (for digital learning, if required) Salary & Benefits Competitive salary as per CBSE norms Professional development and training opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Ambala, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Mother Teahcership: 3 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 25/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
