Position: Key Account Manager We are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead our value-added business unit from our office in Hyderabad. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a leader with strategic vision, commercial expertise, and a passion for operational excellence. You will be involved in establishing our new valued added avocado business line by working on new category creation and introduce new product lines in the market. Role: Commercial Manager – Value Added Business Experience: Preferably 8 to 10 years’ experience in handling sales and business development activities in fresh produce or frozen food or food ingredients industries Education: MBA (not mandatory) and UG (any specialization) Location: Hyderabad Responsibilities include: Develop and execute a market strategy tailored to Value Added products, focusing on local market needs. Drive revenue growth through business development, strengthening client relationships, and creating new market segments. Coordinate with the Value-Added production facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and oversee distribution & fulfillment. Develop the distribution network for frozen avocado value-added products across the country. Collaborate with global leadership and cross-functional teams to refine strategies and align processes. Leverage market insights and data analytics to optimize operations and inform decision-making.
