Job Description

Collaboration : Working closely with the medical team, including doctors, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Patient Education : Providing patients and their families with information about their conditions, treatments, and self-care practices. Monitoring : Observing patients' conditions, noting any changes or concerns, and reporting them to senior staff. Support : Offering emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times. Infection Control : Following proper infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases within the healthcare facility.
