Job Title: Junior Pastry Chef – Gelato & Confectionery Production Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–3 years in pastry, dessert, or frozen confectionery production About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Pastry Chef to join our growing team across our two artisanal brands – Gaccio , our new luxury gelato label, and Chocolove , our flagship handcrafted chocolate and confectionery brand. This is a unique opportunity to be part of two dynamic kitchens, gaining experience in both contemporary gelato production and classic European-style confectionery. Key Responsibilities: At Gaccio (Artisanal Gelato Production): Assist in daily gelato production, including preparing bases, churning, flavoring, and portioning. Follow recipes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality. Focusing on hygiene and flavor accuracy. Assist with R&D and tasting sessions for seasonal and new flavors. Support in inventory management, labeling, and cold storage organization. At Chocolove (Chocolatier Kitchen): Assist in the preparation of chocolates, bonbons, truffles etc. Participate in moulding, enrobing, tempering, and finishing processes. Maintain cleanliness, temperature control, and product standards. Collaborate with the senior pastry team to ensure production targets are met on time. Skills & Qualifications: A diploma or certificate in pastry, bakery is required 0–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, dessert, or gelato production environment. Passion for quality, innovation, and artisanal craftsmanship. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across kitchens. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced production environment. Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and handling. Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Expected hours: 8 per week Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Education: Diploma (Preferred) Work Location: In person
