Job Title: Jr. Sales Officer Location: Perinthalmanna Work Hours: 8hrs Department: Business Development Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Officer to support our internal sales operations. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with leads, coordinating with the marketing and sales teams, and helping close deals from within the office. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms. Explain products/services and respond to customer queries. Maintain accurate lead and customer data in the CRM system. Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns. Assist senior sales team in preparing quotes and proposals. Meet basic monthly call and sales targets. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (freshers welcome). Strong verbal and written communication. Good convincing and negotiation ability. Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
