Collaborate with the Global Structuring Team and internal/external legal counsel to analyze and comment on offering materials, including the private placement memorandum, subscription documents, and partnership agreements. Sign off on subscription documents and work with Legal to train the marketing force regarding the execution of documents. Review, identify, and communicate to the operations group any non-standard structural issues prior to the launch of investment. Educate and advise the Alternative Specialists Team on each transaction to ensure they are equipped to support regional teams and assist them in answering questions regarding investment opportunities. Coordinate the production of offering documents and liaise with Compliance and Risk Management to document marketing guidelines for all regions.
