Self-motivated. About The Role :: Experience in Core / Advance Java.Strong skills in Java programming.Strong understanding of Design Patterns.Strong background in OOPS, UML, Object Oriented analysis and design.Application design tools/frameworks, e.g. Spring, Ant, Eclipse, etc.Design and implement data models and data access layer for new product functionality. Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamicenvironment.Experience in working with the customer directly.Proficient in written and spoken English.Team Management and Team Co-ordination skills. Having experience in Test Driven Development, Mobile Platform is a plus.Rich Internet Application development using Ajax, jQuery, struts, hibernate. Web application development would be an advantage. Develop and customize the software as per the client requirements. Prepare, Maintain and schedule sprints/release related development tasks. Establishing and Maintaining Design of Application & Database. Issue Resolution, Error Debugging and software support, and Maintenance.Conduct Unit Testing. Update sprints and development checklists. Identify and resolve client concerns.Ensure Communication and conduct work progress meetings with stakeholders.
