Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ensure all transactions are done properly documented and recorded in the company’s accounting software. Prepare and manage accounts payable and payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts. Manage daily cash flow and prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws accounting standards, and other regulatory requirements. Liaise with auditors and tax authorities as required. Provide support to the Finance Manager and senior management team as required.
