Install Workstation Hardware: Set up and configure new workstation hardware. Network and File System Maintenance: Maintain and manage networks and network file systems. Firmware and Software Updates: Apply patches and updates to firmware and software. Server and Backup Management: Install and maintain network servers and operating systems. Ensure secure storage of backup copies of all files. Network Device Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues with network devices and perform necessary updates. Software Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain multi-user software on servers. User Account Administration: Administer and maintain end-user accounts, authentication, and permissions. Network Device Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain network communications and devices such as hubs, switches, and UPS systems. Device Maintenance: Ensure all network-connected devices are properly maintained and functional. Security Solutions Management: Manage security solutions including anti-virus software, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems. Procurement and Equipment Maintenance: Procure, maintain, and administer computers and office equipment. Corporate Software Administration: Serve as the administrator for various corporate software systems. Security Policy Enforcement: Deploy and enforce security policies and procedures. IT Support: Provide support and resolve IT-related issues for colleagues. CCTV Monitoring and Backup: Oversee CCTV monitoring and ensure backup processes are in place. Server Backup Monitoring: Monitor and manage backups for three servers. Material Procurement and Maintenance: Purchase materials, refill toner, and service printers monthly. Access Control and Attendance Monitoring: Monitor access control systems and biometric attendance devices. Meeting Support: Arrange and manage audio and video setups for all meetings Laptop Management: Handle the purchase, upgrade, and repair of laptops.
