IT Executive (Software)

Job Description

Responsible for managing the hotel's IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, software, and hardware. Manage and maintain hotel management systems, including property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and any other hotel software applications preferably hot soft. Knowledge about EPABX and Cable TV Wifi system Implement technology solutions to enhance guest experience, such as mobile check-in, digital signage, and high-speed internet access. Ensure network security and data protection, including compliance with industry standards and regulations. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to hotel staff and guests. Develop and implement IT strategies and budgets to align with hotel business objectives. Collaborate with hotel departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
