Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless operations of all hardware, software, and networking systems. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functioning. Provide technical support to staff, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place and regularly tested. Maintain inventory of all IT assets and documentation of IT-related procedures and systems. Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure and network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. Assist in managing company email, web, and internal application systems. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and maintenance. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity guidelines. Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, software rollouts, and implementation of new technologies. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and network fundamentals. Experience with server management, database systems, and cloud platforms is a plus. Good understanding of cybersecurity practices and antivirus software. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
