Job Description

Role & responsibilities Taking US patient inbound calls. Scheduling/rescheduling patient appointment. Helping patients with requested information. Utilizing the correct Practice & protocol document. Dealing with empathy and maintaining a positive demeanor while on call with patient. Escalating case to concern person if required. Preferred candidate profile Should be flexible working for US shifts. Should have good typing skills (30-35 wpm). Should have good English communication skills (both oral and written). Knowledge of US Healthcare would be an added advantage. Should be open & flexible to align with business requirements as needed. Perks and benefits Accident Coverage Policy.
