We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team at AJ Global Trade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, explaining products/services, and generating leads. Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly approach are essential. Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases. Handle inbound calls for customer queries, orders, and support. Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively. Generate and qualify sales leads for the business development team. Follow up with existing clients for feedback, renewals, or upselling. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to sales goals. Provide information on pricing, promotions, and company policies.
