Job Title: International Process Associate (Voice Process) Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate with strong communication skills and detail-oriented international Process Associate to join our team in Perungudi, Chennai. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling international calls for US and UK clients related to medical claims. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage various customer queries and concerns. This role requires working in a night shift with alternate Saturdays. Roles and Responsibilities: Handle international customer queries and complaints via phone. Provide accurate information and solutions to client issues Provide excellent customer service. Accurately process medical claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claim issues Maintain accurate records of client interactions and claims processed. Contribute for quality improvement and development of best practices. Qualifications: Any Bachelor degree 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work at US Shift basis with alternative saturdays. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month Schedule: US shift Supplemental Pay: Shift allowance Work Location: In person
