In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our suite of IT and Banking products to potential clients. Your primary objective will be to generate sales leads, convert prospects into customers, and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate sales leads. Product Presentation: Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our IT and Banking products to prospective clients. Needs Assessment: Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements and recommend tailored solutions that align with their business goals. Sales Conversion: Close sales by effectively addressing client objections, negotiating terms, and securing agreements. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely follow-ups. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products. Compliance Adherence: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in telesales or inside sales, preferably within the IT or Banking sector. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and convey complex product information. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Preferred Attributes:Familiarity with IT solutions such as software applications, cloud services, and cybersecurity products. Knowledge of banking products including loans, credit cards, and digital banking services. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
