Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to lead and oversee critical HR functions, including statutory compliances, payroll administration, and performance management systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational HR experience, be well-versed in labor laws and compliance frameworks, and be capable of managing a small HR team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, etc.) Coordinate with external consultants and auditors for statutory audits. Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and ensure organizational compliance. Payroll Administration: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including inputs, calculations, deductions, and final payouts. Collaborate with Finance for timely disbursements and reconciliations. Handle full & final settlements and related compliance documentation. Performance Management System (PMS): Administer the organization’s PMS cycle (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews). Work with managers to drive a performance-driven culture. Analyze PMS data and provide insights to HR leadership for talent development. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 4 HR professionals. Ensure high levels of productivity, accuracy, and service delivery across the HR Ops team. Foster a collaborative and compliant HR environment. HR Operations: Support in employee lifecycle processes – onboarding, confirmation, exits, etc. Maintain HRMS data accuracy and generate reports as needed. Drive continuous process improvements in HR operations. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 6 - 10 years of experience in HR operations with strong exposure to payroll, compliance, and PMS. Proven experience managing and developing HR teams. Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance processes. Proficient with HRMS tools and payroll software.
