Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated HR Recruiter with proven expertise in BPO hiring to join our Noida head office . The role demands someone who understands volume hiring, has a strong grip over candidate evaluation, and can independently drive hiring pipelines for voice, non-voice, and blended BPO roles. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for BPO vertical (Inbound, Outbound, Customer Support, Telesales, etc.) Understand job requirements, build role-specific hiring strategies, and maintain closure TAT Source profiles through job portals (Naukri, Apna, Indeed), internal references & social channels Screen and evaluate candidates based on communication skills, attitude, and job readiness Schedule interviews, maintain interview MIS, and coordinate feedback with hiring managers Monitor daily hiring metrics and maintain updated recruitment dashboards Ensure discipline and professionalism during walk-ins, interviews, and onboarding Assist in building a strong employer brand for BBS in the hiring market Desired Candidate Profile: 13 years of hands-on experience in BPO or mass hiring Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and screening filters for voice process roles Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri.com, Apna, Indeed, Job Hai etc. Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at maintaining daily tracking and follow-ups Basic knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, and documentation processes is a plus Work Location: 201, 2nd Floor, H-214, H Block, Sector 63, Noida – 201301 (Head Office – Bajrang Business Solutions) Why Join Us?
