Job Opening: HR Recruiter (Fresher/Entry-Level) Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune (Work from Office) Company: AM Infoweb Pvt. Ltd. Shift Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST Travel: Self-travel (No cab facility) Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Working Days - Monday to Saturday About AM Infoweb AM Infoweb Pvt. Position: HR Recruiter Eligibility Criteria: Freshers: Graduates from 2024 or 2025 batch are eligible. Experienced: Minimum 6 months of relevant recruitment experience , with graduation in 2022 or 2023 . Must be a graduate in any stream (mandatory). Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Should have a genuine interest and passion for HR and talent acquisition . Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic rounds. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process. Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future needs. Key Requirements: Strong interest in HR and Recruitment. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in Afternoon shift (1 PM to 10 PM) . Must be okay with self-travel to the office (Kalyani Nagar).
