Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Cochin Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing talent, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements and create/update job descriptions Source candidates through various channels (Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, Referrals) Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person) Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads Maintain and update the recruitment database Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Support onboarding and documentation processes Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques Basic knowledge of HR policies and employment laws (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory) Why Join Us?
