Job Summary: The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions within the manufacturing plant, ensuring the implementation of HR policies, workforce management, employee engagement, labor law compliance, and a safe and productive work environment. This role acts as a key partner between management and employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Operations & Policy Implementation β Execute and manage HR strategies in line with corporate objectives. β Oversee HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and payroll coordination. β Maintain and ensure accurate HR records and systems. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement β Foster a positive work environment and resolve grievances in compliance with company policies. β Implement employee engagement programs and monitor morale. β Address labor union issues (if applicable) and build strong IR practices. 3. Talent Acquisition & Management β Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level roles. β Work with department heads to forecast workforce needs. β Drive internal mobility, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives. 4. Compliance & Legal β Ensure compliance with labor laws, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards, and factory acts. β Liaise with government bodies for labor audits, inspections, and legal reporting. β Handle disciplinary actions in line with statutory procedures. 5. Training & Development β Identify skill gaps and organize training for plant workers and staff. β Ensure safety training and compliance programs are in place and up to date. 6. HR Metrics & Reporting β Analyze HR metrics like absenteeism, turnover, productivity, etc. β Present monthly HR reports to leadership and suggest improvements. Requirements: β Experience: 5β10 years in HR, preferably in a manufacturing setup β Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act, payroll, compliance, and IR β Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills β Hands-on experience with HRMS tools is a plus Preferred Traits: β Leadership and team management skills β Analytical and proactive mindset β Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to βΉ55,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Are you comfortable with Chakan location?
