Job Description

Job Summary: The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions within the manufacturing plant, ensuring the implementation of HR policies, workforce management, employee engagement, labor law compliance, and a safe and productive work environment. This role acts as a key partner between management and employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Operations & Policy Implementation ● Execute and manage HR strategies in line with corporate objectives. ● Oversee HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and payroll coordination. ● Maintain and ensure accurate HR records and systems. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement ● Foster a positive work environment and resolve grievances in compliance with company policies. ● Implement employee engagement programs and monitor morale. ● Address labor union issues (if applicable) and build strong IR practices. 3. Talent Acquisition & Management ● Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level roles. ● Work with department heads to forecast workforce needs. ● Drive internal mobility, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives. 4. Compliance & Legal ● Ensure compliance with labor laws, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards, and factory acts. ● Liaise with government bodies for labor audits, inspections, and legal reporting. ● Handle disciplinary actions in line with statutory procedures. 5. Training & Development ● Identify skill gaps and organize training for plant workers and staff. ● Ensure safety training and compliance programs are in place and up to date. 6. HR Metrics & Reporting ● Analyze HR metrics like absenteeism, turnover, productivity, etc. ● Present monthly HR reports to leadership and suggest improvements. Requirements: ● Experience: 5–10 years in HR, preferably in a manufacturing setup ● Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act, payroll, compliance, and IR ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills ● Hands-on experience with HRMS tools is a plus Preferred Traits: ● Leadership and team management skills ● Analytical and proactive mindset ● Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to β‚Ή55,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Are you comfortable with Chakan location?
