Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions. Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels for candidate sourcing. Maintain an applicant tracking system and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for further evaluation. Handle offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding processes. Generalist HR Functions: Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms. Handle employee grievances and address concerns in compliance with company policies. Ensure timely documentation and maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR policies. Assist in attendance tracking, and leave management. Conduct training sessions on company policies, compliance, and soft skills. Support HR compliance by staying updated on labor laws and industry regulations. Contribute to HR reports and analytics for management review.
