Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures. Ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the company culture and operations. Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies. Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems. Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations. Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs. Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements. Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Administer payroll processes and manage employee benefits programs. Conduct salary benchmarking and support compensation planning. Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to management.
