Job Role: Housekeeping & Facilities Manager We are hiring a responsible and proactive Housekeeping & Facilities Manager to manage overall facility cleanliness, office maintenance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the workplace. The role involves regular housekeeping supervision, facility monitoring, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning , dusting, and sanitation Ensure all facility areas (office, washrooms, store, and surroundings) are well-maintained Monitor stock and supply of housekeeping materials and cleaning equipment Handle facilities management like lighting, repairs, and minor plumbing or electrical issues Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure timely execution of duties Assist with logistics, maintenance calls, and vendor coordination Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across the premises Support pantry management, waste management, and property upkeep Requirements: Prior experience in housekeeping supervision or facilities management Should be active, disciplined, and responsible Knowledge of facility operations and cleanliness standards Must be based in or near Amritsar Company Benefits: Positive and peaceful work culture No partiality or bossy behavior Learning environment Performance-based growth Paid Leaves (CL, ML, EL) & Holidays Overtime paid ESI Annual increments Timings: 08:15 - 06:15 Location: VPO Daburji, Rampura Industrial Area, Amritsar.
