✅ Key Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly attitude. Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage room bookings, reservations, and cancellations (manual or using PMS software). Answer phone calls and respond to email or in-person queries regarding hotel services. Maintain guest records and handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests. Handle guest complaints or issues politely and report to the manager if needed. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Maintain confidentiality of guest data and ensure proper documentation. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Location: Ludhiana, Punjab (Required) Work Location: In person
