Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Sales Executive for an Inside Sales role. The position involves contacting potential customers, explaining our property offerings, and scheduling meetings and site visits with the field sales team. This is a non-target-based role, ideal for someone with good communication skills who enjoys customer interaction without the pressure of sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Share details about available properties and answer initial queries. Understand customer requirements and schedule meetings or site visits. Coordinate with the field sales team to confirm appointments. Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience. Key Requirements: Female candidates only. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply. Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service preferred. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Polite, persuasive, and professional phone manner. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email handling, etc.). Ability to work in a team and manage follow-ups diligently.
