Role & responsibilities: A warehouse manager oversees all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping/receiving, staff management, and ensuring safety compliance, aiming for efficient and smooth warehouse functions. Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records and levels. Implementing strategies to optimize storage space and minimize waste. Ensuring timely replenishment of stock. Shipping and Receiving: Overseeing the efficient loading and unloading of goods. Ensuring accurate and timely shipments. Handling incoming shipments and verifying their accuracy. Operational Efficiency: Optimizing warehouse layout and processes for efficiency. Implementing and managing warehouse management systems (WMS). Identifying and addressing bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Communication and Collaboration: Communicating effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
