Job Description

Job title: Implementation Specialist Location: Gurugram- Work from office Shift: Night Shift Mandatory Skills: 3+ yrs in Healthcare client implementation role, Client Coordination, Healthcare Revenue and Claim Management, The Client Implementation Analyst will support the implementation team by gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting workflows, and translating them into functional specifications for technical teams. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful client implementations. Key Responsibilities: Omnichannel Communications: - Create and maintain letters and communication templates. - Work with stakeholders to define requirements, review data, and ensure letter accuracy. - Coordinate reviews and approvals for letter production and compliance. Post-Implementation Workflow Updates: - Manage workflow updates, documenting changes and updating system templates. - Coordinate testing, user acceptance, and validation of implemented changes. - Ensure workflow changes align with business needs and escalate issues when needed. Project Management: - Support onboarding of new clients, assist with setup tasks, and manage project tickets. - Facilitate end-to-end testing and resolution of issues during the implementation process. - Assist with post-implementation audits and client audits. Process Improvement: - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and client profitability. - Foster innovation and teamwork to improve operations. Other Duties as Assigned. Experience: Proven experience as a Client Implementation or Implementation Business Analyst role, ideally in Accounts Receivables, Credit & Collection, or Healthcare. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Artiva Healthcare, FACS, Epic, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com). Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical: Ability to analyze data, validate information, and solve problems. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams. Work conditions: Night Shift, Work from office
