We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive with 0.6 to 2 years of experience to join our staffing company. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, while collaborating with clients to meet their staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing & Recruitment: Use job boards, social media, and databases to find and screen candidates. - Client Interaction: Coordinate with clients to understand staffing requirements and provide suitable candidates. - Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with candidates, assist with interview preparation, and provide feedback. - Job Posting & Advertising: Post job ads on relevant platforms and update them as needed. -Interview & Evaluation: Assist in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates. - Administrative Support: Maintain recruitment records, prepare offer letters, and handle onboarding. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 0.6 to 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition within Domestic Staffing industry. Education: Bachelors degree. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Saturday: 9AM to 6PM
