It is our endeavour to provide training to students in such a way that, within a stipulated time, they are able to understand the actual nuances of the industry. Role: GSA Trainer Employment: Permanent Education: Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality with TOT Certification Experience: 2 Years (Relevant) Responsibility: Conduct structured training sessions on guest service skills based on the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) or other industry standards. Deliver modules on communication, grooming, body language, customer handling, etiquette, and complaint resolution Train students on interpersonal skills, teamwork, time management, and work ethics. Conduct formative and summative assessments as per sector skill council (SSC) guidelines. Help trainees build resumes, prepare for interviews, and understand workplace expectations. Ensure attendance, documentation, and training logs are properly maintained. Salary: Up to 25,000 P.M. Location: Ramgarh (Ranchi) Note: Valid TOT Certification is mandatory.
