About the Role MO’s Café is seeking a warm, sharp and organized Guest Relations Executive to lead our front-of-house with grace. You'll be the first smile guests see and the calm presence that keeps things running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism Manage reservations and coordinate table flow Take and input food & beverage orders using POS system Handle menu updates and communicate changes to the team Oversee display counters and front-of-house inventory Maintain ambience and overall cleanliness of guest areas Support in events, chef’s tables, and special experiences Manage guest feedback with empathy and quick resolution Requirements 1–3 years hospitality experience Strong communication skills (English essential) Comfortable with POS, basic tech tools Naturally warm, efficient and detail-oriented Interest in wellness, food, and conscious hospitality Perks Creative, purpose-driven work environment Staff meals & performance incentives Growth opportunities with a values-based brand Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Experience: total work: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
