We are seeking a creative and Graphic Designer Trainee with experience to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and designs with our brand identity and marketing strategies. Experience:0-1 years Work mode:Work from office Shift :Morning shift Responsibilities Create brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing collateral to support outreach efforts. Creating wide range of website designs, product illustrations, company logo etc., Conducts work in a professional manner. Ability to generate diverse ideas for same project. Any other work assigned by Management . Stay updated on both graphic design and video editing trends to improve content effectiveness. Edit short-form videos for social media, promotional campaigns, and training materials Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with messaging and campaign objectives. Qualification Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva. Basic knowledge of video editing and animation tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-function Skills Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within an e-commerce or digital marketing setting. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator. A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in product image editing, GIF creation, social media graphics, and website design. Ability to create visually striking ad creatives for paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms. Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and typography. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience in web design is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret design briefs effectively.
