About Role: SynRam Software Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a Graphic Designer who knows the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in visual storytelling, has a strong portfolio of design work, and is comfortable working across digital and print media. You will play a key role in shaping our brand identity through innovative and impactful designs. Responsibilities: · Study design briefs and determine requirements · Schedule projects and define budget constraints · Conceptualize visuals based on requirements · Prepare rough drafts and present ideas · Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand · Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic · Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design · Test graphics across various media · Amend designs after feedback · Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandaccuracy. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a professional setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effect, Parallax effect is mandatory.) Experience with Figma, Canva, or other digital design tools is a plus. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across different formats. Attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset. Excellent time management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with brand guidelines and contributing to brand development. Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a bonus.
