Job Description

A person who has a basic understanding and inclination towards IT System and should be able to maintain Computer/ Laptop and IT network in the Firm. Major responsibilities are as below: 1. To provide IT support to employees which includes: a. Planning and allotting Laptop b. Formatting and other required software support for new and old Laptops. c. Maintaining all compulsory licenses related to IT and allotment of the same d. Creating and deleting mail ids. 2. Managing IT inventory. 3. Ensuring handover of Laptop during onboardings and offboarding. 4. Maintaining IT documentation. 5. AMC Management (Network and Laptop) 6. Warranty Management & taking action for repairing damaged laptops. 7. Taking proper care of IT assets and taking required action (Through Senior Management and HR) in case of any intentional physical damage. 8. Searching online and offline options for any IT related purchases and seeking approval for the same. 9. Basic hardware and repairing knowledge such as : a. Ability to identify Technical issues of Laptop. b. Ability to change/ remove/ add RAM, Battery, keyboard etc. 10. Updating information in Official Website on time to time basis. Age Group : 20-30 years Qualification : Graduate with relevant Technical education. Experience : 3 to 4 years experience. Salary : As per Industry Norms
