Experience: Having Experience Canal Projects Location: Pan-India (Ready to work anywhere in India) Joining: Immediate (Preferred within one month) Key Responsibilities: Project Administration and Execution: Oversee the administration and execution of projects ensuring adherence to profitability, timelines, and contractual specifications. Strategize and implement construction methodologies in coordination with the corporate office. Team and Stakeholder Management: Lead and manage the project team, ensuring a harmonious work atmosphere. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and public authorities to ensure smooth operations. Planning and Monitoring: Provide inputs and guide the planning team on scheduling, resource planning, and profitability. Conduct regular reviews and monitoring to ensure targets are met efficiently. Client and Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and public bodies for approvals and daily correspondence. Ensure timely responses to contractual letters and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Resource Optimization and Financial Management: Optimize resources to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Oversee budgets, cash flows, and revenue generation to ensure financial control. Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations at project sites. Strive to eliminate safety lapses, aiming for zero incidents. Talent Management and Development: Support HR in recruiting skilled talent for project execution. Organize training, leadership development, and welfare initiatives to reduce attrition and enhance team performance. Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns. Performance Metrics: Achieve financial targets and align budgeted vs. actual costs. Ensure 100% realization of client bills and approvals within specified timelines. Aim for zero non-compliance reports (NCRs) and fines/penalties. Minimize attrition of staff and sub-contractors, ensuring smooth settlements. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Educational Qualification: BE/BTech or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Experience: 15+ years in Irrigation Projects with expertise in CANAL PROJECTS. Strong understanding of project management, contracts, and financial control. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
