Job Description

GEM Executive Job description Must have experienced in Government E-Market Place, Driving Sales and business opportunities in the form of Government bids and tenders through GEM/ E-Procurement Portal. Should be able to update product/ service catalogue in GEM portal. Deletion or Updating of New product / Specification/prices. Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid submit the documents in stipulated time limits on the above mentioned portals. Should have the knowledge of submission of Bids like Bunch Bid, Reverse Bid, Custom Bid and Normal Bid. Coordinate with the respective officials and document the progress of the tender Must create Authorization codes for the Vendors. The candidate must possess: 1. Knowledge of GEM/Government Tender Online &Offline Filling. 2. Should have the knowledge of submission of Bids, Billing, updating of product catalogue in GEM portal. 3. Create Technical Compliance statement. 4. Counter & solve GEM queries of client. Proficiency in Excel, word , PPT, MIS Report , Excellent written & verbal communication IN ENGLISH is must. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: GEM Portal: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
