Position Overview: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Laravel and React.js to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work on building modern, scalable web applications from the backend to the frontend. If you're passionate about clean code, performance optimization, and creating seamless user experiences, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel (backend) and React.js (frontend) Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces with React.js Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases Participate in code reviews and team meetings Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail A collaborative mindset and willingness to grow in a team environment Stay updated with trends Skills and Qualifications: Key Skills: 3 to 4 years of professional experience in web development Hands-on experience with Laravel , including recent versions like Laravel 11 or 12 Proficient in React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, etc.) Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, AJAX , and JSON Strong knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases Familiarity with version control systems like Git Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) Ability to write modular, reusable, and scalable code Familiar with Laravel Mix or Vite for frontend integration Good to Have: Experience with Inertia.js or Next.js Knowledge of Unit Testing (PHPUnit / Jest) Exposure to CI/CD workflows Understanding of deployment tools like Docker, Forge, etc. Familiarity with agile methodologies Soft Skills: Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Good communication and collaboration skills Eagerness to learn new technologies Time management and task prioritization Adaptable and proactive attitude in a team environment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred) Perks & Benefits: Friendly and Collaborative Work Environment 5 Days Working (Monday to Friday) Guidance from Highly Skilled Seniors On-Time Salary, Always Menstrual & Exam Leave Support Regular Performance Appraisals Birthday & Festival Leave Paid Leave & Leave Encashment Options Note: We are hiring only Surat , Gujarat-based candidates.
