Frontend Developer (WordPress + Shopify) – Team Lead Location: Mohali, Punjab, India Experience: 3–4 Years (Frontend Development), 2 Years (Team Leadership) Company: Trusty Coders Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site About the Role Trusty Coders is looking for a talented and experienced Frontend Developer (WordPress + Shopify) to join our team in Mohali . The ideal candidate will have strong development skills with WordPress and Shopify, along with 2+ years of experience leading a development team. You will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining user-friendly websites, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices in development. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of frontend developers. Assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and oversee the development lifecycle. Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative team environment. Web Development: Develop custom themes, templates, and plugins for WordPress and Shopify. Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and analytics. Technical Execution: Maintain clean, well-documented, and scalable code. Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO. Implement UI/UX designs with pixel-perfect precision. Client & Team Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers. Participate in client discussions and provide technical insights. Requirements 3–4 years of professional experience in frontend development. 2 years of proven experience in a team lead role. Strong expertise in: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery WordPress (custom themes, plugin development, ACF, WooCommerce) Shopify (Liquid templating, custom storefronts, app integrations) Familiarity with Git version control. Understanding of responsive design principles and SEO best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
