Job Description

Transfer knowledge in the form of practical skills, methods and techniques to the students. Identify learning needs of students and define appropriate learning objectives. Design teaching material and deliver either across a range of modules or within a subject area, Ensure that content, methods of delivery and learning materials will meet the defined learning objectives. Appropriately document student progress and maintain accurate records such as attendance, grading and achievement of student learning outcomes. Select appropriate assessment instruments and criteria, assess the work and progress of students by reference to the criteria and provide constructive feedback to students. Support and promote the college and departmental missions centered on excellence in teaching and learning through quality instruction, curriculum enhancement, and service. Essential Skills Should have an in-depth knowledge of the subject. Should have a passion for teaching the students and understanding their educational requirements. Should be able to grasp the complex information and convey the same to the students in a simplified form. Eligibility Criteria · BHM /MHM with min 3 Years’ experience in teaching/Restaurants/Hotels.
