Job Title: Fresher Graphic Designer Location: Office Number 518, 5Th Floor, Block D & E, Chandigarh Citi Center, VIP Rd, Zirakpur, Punjab 140603 ( Need immediate joiner) Job Type: Full-Time Salary- 10-12k Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and passionate Fresher Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create visually compelling graphics that align with our brand’s identity and meet our business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who is just starting their career in graphic design and is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, websites, social media, and advertisements. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts and designs. Maintain consistency in designs and ensure they adhere to the brand guidelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas. Help in producing and refining designs using various software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Support the team with additional tasks as required, including preparing files for print or digital publication. Stay updated with design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong creative skills and a portfolio that showcases your design abilities. Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Preferred Skills: Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus. Knowledge of web design and understanding of UX/UI principles. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
