Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic freelance trainer to conduct a series of interactive in-house training sessions for our employees. The sessions should be engaging, practical, and tailored to the evolving demands of a fast-paced workplace. Training Focus Areas: Leadership & People Management Effective Business Communication Presentation & Public Speaking Skills Personality Development & Confidence Building Emotional Intelligence & Conflict Resolution Professional Grooming & Work Etiquette Training Type: Onsite - Pune Office Flexible session structure (e.g. 2 per session) Engagement Details: Duration: Project-based, with flexible scheduling based on mutual agreement.
