We are looking for a Tech Product Analyst to work closely with the Founder’s Office , supporting key product, technology, and business decisions. You will play a critical role in shaping product direction, analyzing performance, and driving initiatives across engineering, product, and growth teams. Type : FTE Onsite at Novelty Road, Karnal —- Key Responsibilities Analyze market trends, customer needs, and product performance Collaborate directly with the founder and leadership team on product planning, execution, and strategy Develop and maintain product roadmaps and requirements Document product requirements, user stories, and workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) Support sprint planning, roadmap prioritization, and product delivery cycles Identify opportunities for growth and optimization Help define and track key product KPIs (engagement, retention, funnel metrics) —- Requirements 1-2 years of experience in product analysis or a related field in a startup or fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) Technical aptitude and ability to understand APIs, databases, and product architectures Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, or related field Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) Knowledge of industry trends and market analysis Ability to handle ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and work independently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Experience: Technical project management: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Karnal, Haryana (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 25/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 26/05/2025
