Job Description

Role & responsibilities Support breeders and station Manager in successfully executing all status0 trials at farmers field in targeted locations at Maharashtra. Responsible for sowing and planting of status0 trials conducted at farmers field Responsible for quality data collection and timely report to Pune station Manager/breeders Closely work with Local RPDM and Local sales team for Trial execution Responsible for Maintaining good relationship with Farmers and local team Responsible for travelling to nearby locations as per the trial requirements. Responsible for following all the HMC safety guidelines and process Preferred candidate profile Good experience of hybrid trial executions in Farmers field, data collections, time reporting, collaboration Perks and benefits
