Field Sales Executive (Industrial)

Job Description

KPS Industries is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales of Crompton Greaves Industrial Solution spares & generating industrial sales for Motor rewinding & over hauling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships and achieving sales targets within Jharkhand’s industrial and manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and approach prospective industrial customers(steel, mines, power, chemical, foundry, crusher), including factories, plants, and manufacturing units. Sales & Business Development: Promote Low and medium Voltage Motors, Fractional Horse Power Motors, DC Motors, Alternators & Generators, Laminations for Motors, Drives & Automation products, Domestic & Commercial Pumps and Fans spare . understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Technical Consultation: Educate customers on the technical advantages and application of spares. Site Visits & Demonstrations: Conduct field visits and presentations to potential clients. Market Research: Analyse competitor activities, industry trends, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
