Our courses empower aspiring designers with hands-on knowledge in sewing, pattern making, and fashion business, with expert-led online classes, real-world projects, and practical support. 🧶 About the Role: We are hiring a female Fashion Design Assistant who is skilled in sewing and pattern making, and also interested in student engagement and teaching support. This is a full-time, in-office role in Madippakkam, Chennai. You'll be working closely with our faculty and content teams to shape the next generation of fashion designers. ✅ Role & Responsibilities: Clarify students’ doubts over chat and phone related to fashion courses. Understand fashion design concepts and prepare course notes. Create new design ideas based on market trends and seasonal themes. Assist in fabric and accessories sourcing as per design needs. Support the faculty during online classes, helping with practical demos or coordination. 🎓 Requirements: Female candidates only. Background in Fashion Design / Tailoring / Pattern Making. Strong sewing and garment construction knowledge. Good communication skills (Tamil and basic English preferred). Basic computer/mobile proficiency (for online class support). Creative thinking and an interest in current fashion trends.
