FACTORY FLOOR SUPERVISOR *(Residing nearby Thiruvalla preferred) Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and lead a diverse team. Direct and supervise the activities of factory workers engaged in production. Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality. Determine the quality of goods before shipping. Identify chances to optimize processes and reduce costs in production. Implement strategies to boost productivity, minimize waste, and enhance efficiency overall. Provide updates to management on production status and employee work performance. Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule routine servicing and address any breakdowns or malfunctions promptly. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment and minimize production delays.
