Job Description

Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns across various objectives (traffic, leads, conversions, awareness, etc.) Conduct detailed audience research and targeting to optimize reach and ROI Collaborate with our creative team to design and test high-performing ad creatives and copy Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, events, and custom conversions Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights regularly Stay current with Facebook ad platform updates and best practices Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven experience running Facebook Ads campaigns Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Facebook Pixel Strong analytical skills and experience working with data (e.g., A/B testing, metrics tracking, funnel performance) Experience managing ad budgets of varying sizes, from small to large scale Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns/projects Strong communication skills and attention to detail
