Export Logistic Executive (Export Dispatch) Male Candidate, Location - Chakan,Nighoje,Pune Experience Required- 6 Months to 1 Year Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the dispatch of export orders as per the shipping schedule. Liaise with production, warehouse, and sales departments to ensure timely availability of goods for export. Prepare and verify all dispatch-related export documentation such as packing lists, invoices, and shipping instructions. Book shipments with freight forwarders or shipping lines and track shipments until delivery. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, INTERCOMS, and country-specific requirements. Monitor and maintain records of all dispatch-related documentation. Handle container stuffing, transport coordination, and port documentation. Follow up with CHA (Custom House Agents), transporters, and port authorities for timely clearance and dispatch. Maintain export dispatch schedules and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders. Address any issues or delays in the dispatch process and take corrective actions. Ensure safe packaging and labeling in accordance with customer and regulatory standards.
