Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of React Native developers. Drive sprint planning, task allocation, and monitor timely execution. Foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality, ownership, and collaboration. Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and progress updates. Conduct code reviews, facilitate peer learning, and resolve team blockers. Technical Contribution: Architect and develop scalable mobile applications using React Native. Ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation in collaboration with design teams. Integrate with RESTful/GraphQL APIs and native Android/iOS modules. Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and ensure high code quality. Advocate best practices, CI/CD workflows, and modern mobile development strategies. Required Skills & Experience: Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile app development. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with React Native , including architecture (Hooks, Redux/MobX, Context API). Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams (5+ developers).
