Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product announcements, event invites, etc.) Segment audiences and personalize email content for targeted communication. Write engaging copy and collaborate with design teams to create compelling visuals. Set up automation workflows using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar. A/B test subject lines, CTAs, layouts, and content to optimize performance. Ensure compliance with email regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM. Monitor campaign performance (open rate, click-through rate, conversion, etc.) and prepare reports with insights and recommendations. Collaborate with sales and content teams to align email strategy with overall marketing goals. Maintain and regularly clean email lists for high deliverability and engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles. Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.). Strong copywriting and editing skills.
