We partner with our customers to bring the products to market quickly, predictably and cost-effectively. We are looking to hire a talented EE. You are expected to be a thought leader in the development of new platform architecture that meets new levels manufacturability, scalability, quality, precision and intuitive user experience.You will be required to understand client requirements to determine their design needs, plan and execute the product design, develop and test prototypes, and work closely with the multidisciplinary teams to ensure that design specifications are met.In this role, you will bring innovation and creative thinking to the team. You will get an opportunity to work on novel products for multiple industries; Consumer Electronics, Medical devices, IVD instruments, Robotics and more. Tasks and Responsibilities: Electrical architecture, design, development, prototype development and testing for new or improved products. Define hardware requirements and specifications for each PCBA, select components, schematic design, Bill of Materials, design rules checking and net listing. Direct the PCB design activities for signal integrity, and EMI/EMC regulatory compliance and testability. Develops, designs, and evaluates electronics schematics, layout, assemblies and processes. Develops new concepts and associated electrical designs from initial design to product launch. Proven expertise in bringing circuit designs from concept to production. Proven expertise in designing signal processing boards with associated embedded controller solutions. Design and troubleshoot electronics Interface for Mechanical, Fluidics and Optics subsystems. Conducts feasibility studies to verify capability and functionality. Design/review circuits and systems for robustness against the EMI, ESD and lighting. Develops high quality documentation for Hardware Design Descriptions, requirements, test plans, and test reports. Proven experience with Verification and Validation processes. Proven experience with EN/IEC 60601 Regulatory standards. Coordinates project activities. Contribute to inputs in a diverse cross functional/cross site team. Manage contract manufacturers and engineers. Ability to analyze, resolve and reconcile ambiguous or conflicting requirements. Own the creation of requirements derived from performance, detection and marketing inputs. Follow phase gate process leading internal/external development resources from concept to release. Quick thinker resolves problems and issues with minimal supervision. Interface with other departments as necessary in the product development process. Generate detailed written process instructions. Responsible for compliance and maintaining records as per company standards.
